Tecumseh's goal is to provide the client with the highest quality
and cost effective
method of eliminating the liability of contaminated soil and to
restore the project site
to within all local, state, and federal clean-up guidelines.

Effective Characterization of Subsurface Hydrogeology
The need to adequately characterize site conditions is possibly the most important factor
at an environmental contamination site. Tecumseh's staff members understand the hydrogeologic
nature of the site and the transport mechanisms involved allowing for identification
of appropriate
risk-base corrective action strategies which may involve in-situ or
ex-situ treatment methods
and/or monitored natural attenuation.

Identification of Receptors and Potential Risk

Pilot Testing
Following a site characterization,
careful screening of applicable reclamation strategies is
undertaken by our qualified
multidisciplinary team of both geoscientist and engineers. We
have
performed successful pilot testing
to characterize the effectiveness of vacuum extraction (VE),
multi-phase vacuum extraction (MPVE),
air sparging/vacuum extraction (AS/VE), and
bioremediation
technologies.

Receptors/Potential Risk
We are familiar with the ASTM-style risk assessment
approach used by most states and its
applicability to selection of site-specific cleanup
levels based on the presence of potential
receptors, short and long-term property use, and contaminant type(s) and concentrations.
