       Tecumseh personnel conduct a thorough walking inspection of the subject property and a
       drive-by survey of properties within 1/4 mile of the site.  In depth interviews with pertinent
       site, utility, and  state and local regulatory personnel are conducted.  Following site
       reconnaissance and document  review portion of Phase I ESA, Tecumseh personnel prepare
       a comprehensive Phase I report  presenting collected data, conclusions and 
       recommendations.  When a potentially hazardous  environmental condition is discovered
       during completion of Phase I ESA, a subsequent Phase II  ESA may be recommended to
       confirm or deny the presence of environmental hazards.

       All subsurface investigations are conducted under the direction of a Tecumseh Professional
       Geologist as required by the governing regulatory oversight agency.  Our staff has extensive
       experience with a wide-variety of drilling methodologies such as direct-push, hollow-stem auger,
       air-rotary, mud-rotary, and casing-hammer techniques. We utilize geophysical techniques for 
       identification of buried structures, lines etc.
  Lead Sampling Radon Gas Monitoring
       Radon has been documented at elevated levels in homes, building and other structures
       throughout New Mexico and the United States.  Certified Tecumseh professionals are 
       experienced in  lead-based paint and  water supply inspections and the sampling techniques
       used to determine the presence  or absence of lead.
  Effective Regulatory Interaction
       Tecumseh personnel have worked for federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and have a
       comprehensive working knowledge of the regulations as they apply to New Mexico and 
       surrounding  states.  We have staff members with extensive experience in performing site
