which eliminates the unnecessary levels of management. Our client's interest comes first.

Sampling and Analysis of Soil and Water

Field Analytical and Screening

Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
Tecumseh
personnel conduct a thorough walking inspection of the subject
property and a
drive-by survey of properties within 1/4 mile of the
site. In depth interviews with pertinent
site, utility, and state and local regulatory personnel are conducted. Following
site
reconnaissance and document review portion of Phase I ESA,
Tecumseh personnel prepare
a comprehensive Phase I report presenting
collected data, conclusions and
recommendations. When a
potentially hazardous environmental condition is discovered
during
completion of Phase I ESA, a subsequent Phase II ESA may be
recommended to
confirm or deny the presence of environmental hazards.
