Operations Management
Tecumseh personnel are currently performing duties to meet the demands of Operations and Management Support Services. Key areas of maintenance include:

Facilities Operations:  
Waste treatment plant
Water treatment plant
Ground water remediation system
Boiler and steam plants
Security personnel and systems

Ground Maintenance:  
Includes mowing at active buildings, roadways, and
established firebreaks and repairs to approximately
fifty (50) miles of perimeter fences.

Recurring Maintenance: 
Support plant preventative maintenance program.

Infrastructure Maintenance: 
Service and repair including transformers, poles, feedlines, switchgear and transmission cables. Service and repair water distribution system for potable and fire protection use. Billing for utility services and rent collection.

Property Disposal: 
Administer and dispose of surplus government property. These activities vary from disposal of thousands of the small items to those as large as Acid Plants.

Real Property Administration: 
Maintain real property records to reflect improvements, modifications on removal from inventory.

Accounting Services
Security/Lock and Key Control
Fire Protection/Inspection
Janitorial Services and Tenant Support
Environment Monitoring
Providing environmental monitoring and control for each facilities.

Well Inspections:
Semi-annual sampling and testing.

Groundwater Monitoring
Drinking Water Monitoring
Bacteriological Monitoring
Periodic Reports to Federal/States Regulatory Agencies
Project Management/Contracting for Asbestos Abatement
Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) Support
