Experience
Tecumseh's corporate experience of energy and minerals ownership, operations, and
development was generated from 1988 to 1993 when the company operated
under the name of Roche Oil and Gas Corporation (Roche). Roche,
later named Tecumseh Professional Associates, Inc., was 100% owned by
Mr. Steve Roche, who now owns controlling interest in Tecumseh.
Energy Management and Production Experience
The energy experience Tecumseh developed in the late 1980s and early 1990s
includes: ownership of an interest in 60 natural gas wells,
ownership in a natural gas marketing company, and ownership in a
gasoline and diesel fuel distribution and marketing company. Tecumseh also participated in financing and operating oil and gas
wells in New Mexico; developed joint ventures with Indian Tribes in
several states to drill, operate, and produce oil and gas wells;
acquired over 50,000 acres of proven, undeveloped oil and gas
properties; participated in and drilled oil wells in the San Juan
Basin of NM with industry partners; established farmouts resulting in
the development of the reserves of a $100 million underwriting in the
UK; acquired mineral properties in New Mexico; developed Energy Supply
Performance Contract proposals for 2 major military bases; and bought
and sold natural gas and negotiated transportation agreements to
deliver gas.
