Experience: Mr. Moran serves as a Senior Associate/Real Estate
Specialist with Tecumseh Professional Associates, Inc. He provides
real estate management services to federal agencies through contracts with
General Services Administration (GSA), United States Coast Guard (USCG),
Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Interior (DOI), and Housing and
Urban Development (HUD). He has 13 years of real estate experience,
including 8 years working for the federal government. He has expert
knowledge in the acquisition and disposal of publicly held lands,
appraisal of real property, and the application of the Uniform Relocation
Assistance Act, (49CFR24). He has over 370 hours of related course
studies to his credit, and is skilled in the operation of various computer
software systems.
