Specific projects have been completed and tangible results have been achieved in a variety of areas.  For example, Tecumseh provided advice, counsel, and facilitation in defining knowledge, skills, and abilities needed by real estate specialists nationwide.  Tecumseh also worked as part of a General Services Administration (GSA)/contractor teaming effort to identify subject matter experts for virtually every knowledge area of government-wide real estate disposition practice.  Tecumseh consultants have also developed tangible, first-time work products in the areas of negotiated sales to public bodies, training for federal real property disposal specialists, and survey techniques for federal holdings.
