Experience: Ms.  Bailey serves as Principal Real Estate Specialist for Tecumseh Professional Associates, Inc.  providing real estate analysis including economic, financial (NPV and cash flow); asset management analysis including highest and best use, planning and retention/disposal studies, regulatory compliance; property utilization review; and disposal strategies. Ms. Bailey formerly served as Regional Portfolio Manager in the Southeast Sunbelt Region of the General Services Administration (GSA), Atlanta.  As Portfolio Manager, Ms. Bailey directed the capital asset budgeting program of $600-800 million annually for major construction and renovation projects and oversaw the acquisition, construction, management and disposal of a portfolio of 200 GSA controlled buildings and 1,500 leases in the region.  Prior to her appointment as Portfolio Manager, she served as the Regional Director of the Property Disposal operations covering a 13-state zone in the eastern and southeastern United States.  Ms. Bailey's experience as a Realty Specialist in several Federal agencies' disposal programs contributes to her knowledge of all aspects of Federal property disposal.
