Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
Support

The following briefly details the range of services provided by Tecumseh.
Grounds Maintenance-includes, mowing at active buildings, roadways, and established firebreaks, and repairs to perimeter fences
Recurring Maintenance-support the plant preventative maintenance program
Infrastructure Maintenance-service and repair as necessary for the high-voltage electrical distribution system including transformers, poles, feed lines, substations, plant switchgear (Northern Telecom) and transmission cables and water treatment and distribution system for potable and fire protection use
Security/Lock and Key Control-maintain a 24 hour surveillance of plant property employing subcontractor services.  Manage access control.  Developed Threatcon Plans 
Fire Protection/Inspection-monitor various active alarm systems and water flow indicators. Perform periodic inspections and testing of wet/dry sprinkler system and hydrant flows
Wastewater Treatment Plant-operations and reporting   
Janitorial Services-daily maintenance of active buildings including restroom services, trash removal and general housekeeping
Tenant Support-provide for meter readings of tenant usage, billing for utility services, and rent collection
Property Disposal-administer the disposal of surplus government property through both competitive sealed bids and retail sales.  Included in the process has been remediation through the inclusion of unsalvageable property removal in the terms of various property sales
Real and Personal Property Administration-maintain the plant real and personal property records to reflect improvements, modifications or removal from the inventory
Accounting Services-provide for the payment of purchased materials and services; periodically report on tenant and disposal revenues and contractor expenditures
