Energy Management and Production Experience               
Tecumseh's corporate experience of energy and minerals ownership, operations, and development was generated from 1988 to 1993 when the company operated under the name of Roche Oil and Gas corporation (Roche). Roche, which was later renamed Tecumseh Professional Associates Inc., was 100 percent owned by Mr. Steve Roche, who now owns controlling interest in Tecumseh.  Tecumseh's energy and mineral's experience has been further strengthened when six years ago, Mr. Leroy Halterman, a certified professional geologist with 33 years of experience joined Tecumseh's  staff. Over the last six years Tecumseh has been actively pursuing new projects in the energy and minerals related fields.  

The energy and mineral related experience developed over the last two decades consist of the following:
Ownership of an interest in 60 natural gas wells
Ownership in a natural gas marketing company
Ownership in a gasoline and diesel fuel distribution and marketing company that marketed fuels to federal facilities
Participated in financing and operating oil and gas wells in New Mexico, Utah, Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas
Developed joint ventures with Indian tribes in several states to drill, operate and produce oil and gas wells
