Christopher R. Kline
Title: Policy Analyst
Education: Bachelor of Arts in English, University of North Carolina,
Chapel Hill - Morehead Scholar.
Experience: Mr. Kline currently serves as a Policy Analyst for
Tecumseh Professional Associates, Inc. He performs legislative and
policy research and serves on the Government Services Administration (GSA)
oversight committee. He oversees energy saving performance
contracts, and property disposal problems and solutions. Mr. Kline
has environmental experience with the Department of Defense (DOD),
Department of Energy (DOE), National Aeronautics and Space Administration
(NASA), and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Mr. Kline
served as a professional staff member on the Senate Committee on
Governmental Affairs chaired by Senator John Glenn (D, OH). His
responsibilities included federal facility environmental oversight,
nuclear waste and associated safety and health issues, federal energy
efficiency, federal property disposal, and various environmental
issues. Additionally, from 1989 through 1997, he served as Senator
Glenn's primary staff on NASA and space policy issues. From 1992 to
1997 he served as Governmental Affairs Committee liaison to the Senate
Committee on Armed Services where he was responsible for coordinating
Senator Glenn's oversight efforts on DOD financial management, property,
and other matters with Senator Glenn's work as Chairman and ranking member
of the Senate Authorizing Committee. He is a Licensed Property and
Casualty Agent, and a Life and Health Insurance Agent in the State of
Indiana.
